About ProCertSim

ProCertSim is a free exam preparation resource for IT professionals studying for the ITIL Foundation and Microsoft AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certifications. Every tool on this site is free to use — no account required, no trial period, no credit card.

All content is written from scratch and aligned to the publicly available ITIL Foundation 26Q1 and AZ-900 exam objectives — including the ITIL AI (6C) capability model, data governance, the Product and Service Lifecycle Model, and the current AZ-900 domain weightings.

This site is ad-supported, which is how we keep everything free. Ads are placed carefully to avoid disrupting your study experience — never inside questions or explanations.

All content is original and protected by copyright. Questions and explanations are built specifically for this site and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or scraped without permission.

Who runs ProCertSim

ProCertSim is an independent project, built and maintained by an Australian IT professional who holds the ITIL v5 Foundation certification and a Master's degree in Information and Communications Technology. It started as the study tool its author wanted when preparing for ITIL v5: scenario-based practice that matched the new syllabus, rather than recycled ITIL 4 material.

There is no company, investor or training provider behind the site, and nothing to sell you. The only revenue is advertising, which keeps every question, tool and guide free.

How the questions are written

  • Mapped to the published syllabus. Every ITIL question is tagged to one of the seven ITIL Foundation v5 (26Q1) syllabus areas. Every AZ-900 question is tagged to one of Microsoft's three skill domains, with the most questions in the domains the exam weights most heavily.
  • Scenarios, not recall. Both real exams test whether you can apply a concept to a situation. Our questions describe a workplace scenario and ask what should happen, rather than asking you to repeat a definition.
  • Every answer is explained. Each question has a written explanation of why the correct answer is right. Study mode shows it immediately, and every set has a free study guide.
  • Written from scratch. No question is copied from a real exam, an exam dump or another provider. Using leaked exam content breaks the certification bodies' rules and does not help you learn.
  • Graded by difficulty. ITIL questions are rated Foundation or Moderate, and each ITIL mock test set mixes both, so you meet the harder scenario questions before exam day.

Keeping content current

Certification syllabi change. ITIL moved from version 4 to version 5 with the 26Q1 exam, adding the Product and Service Lifecycle, the AI (6C) capability model and data governance. Microsoft updates the AZ-900 skills outline periodically. When an official outline changes, affected questions and guides are reviewed and rewritten. The AZ-900 question bank was last revised in July 2026.

If you think an answer is wrong, an explanation is unclear, or something has fallen out of date, please email contact@procertsim.com with the question set and number. Every report is read, and corrections are made as quickly as possible. You can also use the contact page.
